I appreciate you keeping us on there, until now. I did comment on the Georgia bill and I'll email as well. I'm still working on emailing the rest of the south Carolina house members. I've already completed the Senate in SC. So I am definitely working on some things on the list. I've also documented everything that's happened in Livingston parish so far (though that will be ongoing documentation as of right now)

How do I email my states reps? I've done it before but it was through an aka thing. I've sent a message 2 senators but it was about another bill not this new one. Any info or guidance is appreciated

I asked happy hippo if they are putting in effort to stop the ban they replied, pretty swiftly, saying that they are on the front lines and donating to the a.k.a

if I can get their twiter handle, I may follow them I think I do, I'll message them. If we can get them in here, that would be great but I need answers. And if I'm not going to get them from the AKA then I'll get them from a vendor

The important thing is that they know I will do whatever I can to help, and I would like more info on what is being done to stop all of these bans since the AKA is busy. It's a good thing they are busy too, so many bans now

The rep they contacted told them that if they had any hope at all they needed the canabis people on their, the grievers, side because it could be considered a compeditor. That tells me that rep understands nothing about kratom

these reps are going to look incredibly stupid when this ban falls flat as I fully expect it to. From what I'm seeing the responses we're getting, I haven't had any yet, seem to indicate that's what's happening. The grievers are probably losing their mind right now in that group of theirs, it's not fair why aren't we winning

Well local bans can be hard to track. Because they can change on little notice. You're better off asking this in the vendor channel. Because other vendors will have a pretty good idea where they can send and can't

There’s a few missing from that list. I’m pretty sure OR is fully legal from everything I’ve searched.

Because these people trying to ban it are idiots and also think that it's like some of the alternate noids where some of them are considered "synthetic" as well (which is equally as stupid as this) but I digress. The FDA and DEA are responsible for most (if not all) the original misinformation surrounding kratom to begin with.

I told him it’s not synthetic and that he shouldn’t just repeat the propaganda that FDA and DEA put out, but instead should do his own research when writing an article. Also, I told him that kratom consumers are all for certain regulations. Such as age requirements (like alcohol) and testing for contaminates and adulterants. I also told him about the KCPA bill, and that it’s passed in some states and filed in others, and it provides common sense regulations…. Sorry to barge in

I think we have to accept the fact that big Pharma is almost certainly working behind the scenes to monetize kratom. We will eventually have the science to show medicinal benefits, and then they will put it behind lock doors to control it like diamonds. (edited)
